We are very serious about the value of designing workshops to match your needs - so serious we don't offer it as an optional extra. We'll discuss with you the issues most relevant to your team and develop content, examples and scenarios specially for them. Many people prefer open workshops because they value the opportunity to discuss issues with people from different organisations. All our open workshops have strictly limited numbers - some as low as six participants. It's part of our commitment to ensuring that you get real value. Your staff won't be just sitting and listening. They will have regular individual attention and real, active learning, focusing on skills, not just information.
